Paul formed Key Enviro Solutions Limited back in August 2012. He has 25 years experience covering a full range of contract service disciplines, having managed many of London’s blue chip companies.
Paul is a highly motivated individual who shares his pride in the success of the business with the team.
Paul oversees the strategic development of the company and has a hands on approach to working as part of the wider team in each of the business elements.
Along with her husband, Karen formed the company back in August 2012. She has had a highly distinguished career in finance having worked in commerce for many years.
Karen brings this extensive knowledge to us in working with and supporting the day to day financial team.
Karen along with Kim and Claire oversee our charitable framework in supporting good causes.
Mauricio joined Key Enviro Solutions Limited in September 2014, continuing a long a successful career in contract cleaning.
Mauricio is responsible for a number of our Key Accounts and has overall responsibility for the day to day operations of the business. Mauricio reports directly to the Managing Director, Paul.
He ensures his team deliver the highest level of operational service delivery and customer service across our diverse client portfolio.
Kim oversees our HR. She is responsible for our HR strategy, guiding and managing the overall provision of Human Resources services, implementing and reviewing policies and programs.
Kim is also an integral part of our Administration and Payroll she reports directly to the Board.
Claire works at our Head Office and has the overall responsibility for strategy and the continuing development of our supplier framework.
She is the companies D.P.O (Data Protection Officer) and coordinates on Health and Safety matters throughout our business.
Claire was instrumental in setting up our charitable commitments alongside Karen.
Having worked in the cleaning industry for many years as Operations Manager of the iconic St Katharine Docks Estate. Patricia joined the company as Operations Support Manager in 2015.
Patricia manages a large portfolio of our central London businesses. She interacts and provides support to our site Operation Managers.
Paola is the very embodiment of our employees, she has a vast amount of experience within our industry and joined our company as a site supervisor and she quickly rose through the ranks to Training Manager.
Paola has shown a drive, determination, commitment and passion that has resulted in her recent promotion to the Regional Operation Support Network.

His team, within our Central Operations, are the heartbeat of our business, delivering a reliable and accountable service at all times.
Fernando is a valued member of our Senior Management team ensuring innovation, business continuity is at the forefront of our service levels.
Marino joined the Company Management team as Operations Manager in 2019 having previously worked in the cleaning industry.
He is passionate about delivering a great service to our customers and is committed to improving the standard and aesthetics of the St Katharine Dock Estate.
Marino and his team are responsible for delivering a high end quality service to one of the most iconic landmarks in London.
Ayo joined Key Enviro Solutions in December 2017, as a cleaning supervisor. He has progressed to Cleaning Manager at one of our prestigious sites and is currently studying for his NEBOSH qualification.
