Paul started Key Enviro Solutions Limited along with his wife Karen back in August 2012. He has extensive experience covering 25 years across the full range of contract service disciplines having worked for GBM Service (ABM) for many years, starting in contract cleaning which escalated to reporting directly to the chairperson of the board and having board level responsibilities ultimately across facilities management, Horticulture and M&E services.

Paul is a highly motivated and driven individual who openly shares his pride in the success and activities of Key Enviro Solutions Limited, its staff and its customers. Paul’s interest includes Football, fitness, and golf.

Karen started Key Enviro Solutions Limited along with her Husband Paul back in August 2012. Karen has had a highly distinguished career in finance having worked in commerce for many years

As the business has grown, Karen’s operational Finance Director role has expanded. Her responsibilities included leading the following Company functions: – Treasury, Accounts Payable, Payroll and HMRC relationships, consolidated procurement, fleet management and insurance.

Karen and her team oversee our charitable framework in supporting good causes. Sadly, Karen passed away after a short illness leaving behind her husband and three children. Karen had a passion for fitness, fashion and health living.

Karen is always in our thoughts and in her absence, her spirit, determination and fight remains in all of us. She is missed every day.

Jose works alongside Marino overseeing and maintaining high standard delivery to the estate by our large team of employees.

Jose has 17 years industry experience brining a wealth of knowledge to the estate, as part of our escalation process Jose has supervisión responsibilities for other sites outside of the estate realm. This year Jose was a shortlisted finalist for supervisor of the year at the Golden Service Awards.

Jose’s interest includes Music, sports, fitness and socialising.

Amber is a creative and focused sustainability professional with a broad range of experience from several sectors that give her a wide depth of knowledge and an often-unique perspective on delivering positive outcomes for both operations and the wider communities the business is set in. She is particularly passionate around renewable energy and decarbonising businesses and has introduced alternatively fuelled vehicles and worked to deliver bio-fuelled power systems.

Always willing to learn new approaches and adapt her techniques to meet the customers’ needs, Amber continues to be an instrumental figure for Key Enviro Solutions.

Amber’s interest includes Shopping and Fashion, animals mainly cat’s and recently completed The National Three Peaks Challenge which, involves climbing the three highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales. The total walking distance is 23 miles (37km).

Katie is highly experienced in working alongside demanding & high-profile public & private sector clients for many years which, include customer service advisor, travel and hotel hospitality industry.

Katie is responsible for planning, implementation, management and control of all related activities for Key Enviro Solutions. She oversees the reporting functions with a focus on effectively operating the company’s cost control systems and ensuring appropriate control procedures.

Katie is responsible for service partners that deliver on going service excellence in material handling, production staffing, janitorial, transportation, maintenance, sustainability, energy, to our clients. Katie is passionate about growth and maximizing outcomes for all, including increased productivity for clients, and greater mobility and career opportunities for team members.

Katie’s interest includes Travelling, reading and Meteorology.

Mauricio heads up the company’s operations division having both a strategic input to the Managing Director as well as overall operational financial responsibility. He guided the development of a professional and business focused operational team establishing key appointments, controls and planning processes. He has additionally led relationships with key external parties. Prior to joining Key Enviro Solutions Mauricio had an operational role with GBM Services (ABM) Mauricio has 20 years industry experience.

In the last year, Mauricio’s client base has increased significantly, in addition to his role as Regional Manager he is now providing strategic support adding value and driving change.

Mauricio’s interest includes; Quality Family Time, travelling, Latino America music and dancing salsa.

Kim is responsible for the overall HR strategy, guiding and managing the overall provision of Human Resources services, implementing, and reviewing policies and programs for the company through the HR Team. Leading the organisations HR functions including Learning and Development, Administration, HR Advice and Payroll she reports directly to the managing director assisting and advising on people matters, contributing to long term goals of the company. Kim is an Associate Member of the CIPD Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

With a background in Merchandising, e-commerce Kim entered the Facilities sector in July 2016 initially in the capacity of Quality & administration escalating to her current position. She has extensive experience of managing TUPE transfer, integration and dealing with ER issues. Kim has restructured the HR function to ensure it is strategically and operationally aligned with the company’s vision and objectives and together with her team, promotes a culture to provide a positive employee experience and opportunity for all.

Kim’s interest includes spending time with her family, holidays, and the rigours of cooking.

Patricia is an integral part of our specialist contract cleaning operations team. She has worked for the business for over fifteen years now both previously with GBM Services (ABM) and post involvement with Key Enviro Solutions. Patricia has worked across multiple services and disciplines in the company over the last five years including operational management, sales and most recently in her senior operational support position.

Patricia has cleaning in her blood and knows the industry, its best practices and its best people. She brings with her a vast knowledge that can drive innovation and best value into any contract.

Patricia’s interests include music, traveling and cooking.

Paola has worked in the FM market for over eight years with experience in all elements of service delivery. she has a proven history in driving up customer experience standards and has spearheaded the drive to provide a ‘outstanding creative service’ in our FM business.

As well as overseeing the training operations through her team of support associates she supports a number of strategic accounts. Paola is passionate about creating a business where the team become ‘trusted advisors’ to our clients. Key Enviro Solutions is embedded in Paola’s DNA and her passion for the business, every client and member of staff is evident in her leadership style and enthusiasm to make the business a continued success.

Fernando has 20 years operations experience, he is responsible for the implementation of the strategic direction for Cleaning Operations on both static and remote sites across our portfolio, Fernando builds on our operating model which, includes enhanced clean regimes, recruiting and engaging the cleaning team, all with a focus on enhancing guest experience. He assists the training systems support manager with all training operations in addition to overseeing all aspects of in-house high-level window cleaning delivery.

Fernando is responsible for one of our flagship blue chip company sites and continuously delivers exacting standards which resulted in him being nominated as UK manager of the year finalist on 3 occasions.

Fernando’s interest includes Family activities, keeping fit and socialising.

Marino has 15 years cleaning operational experience, he is responsible for the implementation of the strategic direction for Cleaning Operations on a large estate that houses multiple commercial offices building, food retailer and an impressive Marina. Marino builds on our operating model which, includes enhanced clean regimes, recruiting and engaging the cleaning team, all with a focus on enhancing guest experience. He assists Operations and Sub contractor support manager and liaises between the client and our M.D.

Marino is responsible for our biggest flagship blue chip company estate, continuously delivers exacting standards which resulted in him being awarded Manager of the Year 2023 at the UK Golden Service Awards.

Marino’s interest includes Cycling and running marathons around the world.
