Having worked in cleaning for more years than I care to mention, becoming familiar with the TUPE process, changing of companies and managers alike I became disillusioned and always addressed myself and my role as “ONLY A CLEANER” Then during another TUPE consultation process meeting with a new company EVERYTHING CHANGED.
